Reminder: 9th Grade Starts the Registration Process The ninth grade is a great time for students to start the initial-eligibility process by registering with the Eligibility Center. The Eligibility Center recommends ninth grade student-athletes register with a free Profile Page at eligibilitycenter.org. Students should expect to spend 15 to 30 minutes to complete a Profile Page. If at any time the student wishes to play at the Division I or II level, they can transition to a Certification Account and pay the registration fee to begin the certification process. Students can find more information and resources about registering on the NCAA Eligibility Center How to Register page. If you have questions, please contact: Kevin Burns Stockton High School High School Guidance Counselor

The district became aware of a rumor that an elementary student had brought a gun to school. However, it did not come to our attention until after the school day ended. After investigation by administrators and the resource officers, it turned out to be a toy. This post is to: 1. Encourage everyone to report anything out of the ordinary to an adult in charge as soon as possible. 2. Reassure everyone there is no danger for this incident. 3. Remind everyone that toy guns, knives, etc. are not supposed to be brought to school. If anyone has any questions, please call my office on Monday. Shannon Snow

Students grades 3-6 got a chance to take part in Little Tigers Cross Country Day after school on Tuesday. Coach T and the team led them in warmups, a 1.8 mile run, and some core exercises. They did an excellent job and got a taste of what it would be like to be a Stockton Tiger Cross Country Team member in the future.
