There's been some sneaky secret keepers at SES this week. Student leaders (and perhaps a few helpers) planned a "Reverse Tiger Pride Assembly" for the elementary teachers and staff. They were presented awards from students! Teachers also had to "come to the carpet" for a read aloud. Beautiful art work was created and displayed as students sang their version of "What a Wonderful World (School)." Even Dr. Crawford played his guitar and sang! Thanks kids for making the assembly so special!

Stockton School District is doing and hat and jeans day fundraiser for Mrs. Matson and her family tomorrow May 9th. This is a message from the Matson family: Sam Matson is 3 years old. He is strong and doing great right now. He has a brain tumor and spots down his spine. Doctors are taking great care of him. We are asking for prayers; otherwise, we have been so blessed to have our needs met. Thank you so much for your prayers and encouragement during this time. The Matson Family

3rd grade traveled back to the 1800s on a fieldtrip to Frontier Theater near Marshfield today. They learned more about life as a Missouri settler, Civil War soldier, and Native American culture in an amazingly fun way. Thank you Stockton PTO for helping with their entrance fee.

SES was challenged to read 10,000 books in 2 months for principal Dr. Crawford to kiss a pig. Well... they didn't meet their goal this time, but did read almost 8,000!!! With the help of a cheering crowd, Dr. Crawford was convinced to still pucker up for our beloved dog Domino!
