The Tiger Band will be representing the school and community tonight over at SBU. 7:30 program, with our portion right up front in the concert order. They've worked very hard through the year and came together well as an ensemble, despite a lot of cancellations of performance opportunities and other disappointments along the way. Travel to SBU this evening to support the band or check them out with the live link below. https://sbuniv.hosted.panopto.com/Panopto/Pages/Embed.aspx?id=649be48e-6660-4512-916a-acda012aa419&fbclid=IwAR0WvUxVnAgFKkrV7v5Db0xCgT0CBIJA8PCLdlBbbr-8GnGi9RVpsUPIP0s

February's Stockton Middle School students of the month for the character word supportive are 5th grade - Aleah Daulton, 6th grade - Taryn Jones, 7th grade - Raelyn Henderson, and 8th grade - Nathanial Sweat. These students received a $50 Walmart gift card courtesy of the Stockton Sertoma Club. 5TH - Aleah Daulton Aleah is a very supportive student. When her classmates are struggling, she encourages them to keep trying and not to give up. When doing partner work, Aleah is very supportive, works well with her partner, and always helps her partner to complete their tasks. She tries to be a friend to all and is very considerate of others' feelings. Aleah is supportive of her fellow students in many ways. She is always willing to help another student who is having difficulty or needs help with something. However, in my opinion, the best way that she shows her support is by being accepting of everyone. 6TH - Taryn Jones Taryn is an outstanding friend and student who is kind and supportive no matter what. She is constantly lifting up her peers around her and she is intuitive to those who are upset or hurt and offers an ear to listen and a shoulder to cry on. I am so thankful for Taryn and her knowledge of computers and willingness to share that with others when I am trying to help several students at a time. She listens intently to my instructions and conveys those to others who are struggling. She is not only a great "support" to students, but to me as well. 7TH - Raelyn Henderson Raelyn is a very kind and helpful student. I can always count on her to help other students if they need it. Raelyn is always a very encouraging and positive presence to those around her. Raelyn is always willing to do whatever is asked of her. 8TH - Nathanial Sweat Nathanial is just such a positive and fun kid. In my class, he helps those struggling and offers encouragement and support to his peers. He comes in with a positive outlook and often helps others to see the good in something or find something funny about a particular situation. He is just wonderful support to those around him and I love watching him in action.

Meals are still free through the end of the school year with the exception of à la carte; this has been in place for several years and is not a new charge; that high school students are able to charge. See the attached documents for more direction on setting up an account through the link below. Parents/Guardians can set up an account now and make payments towards any balances but new charges will not occur until next school year. You will need the lunch number of the student to set up an account.
