3rd grade Parents Your child will be bringing home a form tonight. There will be an oral screening tomorrow morning on all 3rd grade students. You can opt out by sending this form back tomorrow to school. Only send the form back if you wish for your child to NOT PARTICIPATE in the screening. The Missouri Department of Health does this screening on random schools every five years. If you have questions you can call Nurse Karen. Children are given a toothbrush - tooth paste - and information on oral care for their participation.
