Happy Thanksgiving from 2nd Grade! Second Grade had their own Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade on Tuesday. Students read the book Balloons Over Broadway which tells the story of Tony Sarg, puppeteer and parade originator. Students made their own character balloons and paraded through the hallways. So fun!

Adrian is thankful for Rockin' Rod because he brings us food, cups, and plates.  Paul is thankful he asks us questions when he visits and we get to raise our hands. Malachi is so thankful for Super Scott because he brings us food. Ava is thankful he brings food, plates, and forks, chocolate milk, and a snack.      Mrs. Crawford’s class is thankful for Mr. Barns, Mr. Morton, Mr. Drake and Mr. Lonnie for delivering our meals each day! They also take out our trash. They came to help cover the lunch period so the elementary teachers could enjoy a duty free lunch." ~Said every single elementary teacher on Tuesday!
