These High School students increased their 3 lift total (bench/squat/clean) to get into new weight clubs. 59 students were tested and on average all the students have added 109 pounds since the fall on these 3 lifts. Keep up the good work Coach Rader and his classes.

Tomorrow(3-25) is our kickoff event for summer school. The elementary and middle school will be participating in Summer Journey.
